본 약관은 SunoDown(이하 "본 서비스")의 이용 조건과 본 서비스 운영자(이하 "운영자")와 이용자 간의 권리·의무를 정합니다. 본 서비스에 접속하거나 본 서비스를 사용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않을 경우 본 서비스를 이용하지 마십시오.

1. 서비스 설명

SunoDown은 이용자가 입력한 Suno AI 플레이리스트 URL에서 메타데이터를 가져와 MP3·WAV 파일을 다운로드할 수 있도록 돕는 무료 웹 도구입니다. 본 서비스는 이용자의 요청을 suno.com으로 프록시하는 기술적 도구일 뿐, 음원·플레이리스트·이미지 등 콘텐츠 자체를 호스팅하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

2. Suno AI와의 무관성

본 서비스는 Suno, Inc. 및 Suno AI와 어떠한 제휴·후원·승인 관계도 없는 독립 서비스입니다. "Suno", "Suno AI"는 각 권리자의 상표이며, 본 서비스는 단지 식별 목적으로만 해당 명칭을 사용합니다.

3. 이용 자격

  • 이용자는 만 13세(또는 거주 국가의 디지털 동의 연령) 이상이어야 합니다.
  • 이용자는 본 약관, 본 서비스의 모든 안내, 그리고 거주지의 관련 법령을 준수하는 데 동의합니다.
  • WAV 다운로드 기능은 이용자 본인의 Suno Pro 계정 쿠키를 이용자가 직접 제공한 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다.

4. 허용되는 사용

  • 이용자 본인이 적법한 권리를 가진 음원의 개인적·비영리적 다운로드
  • 이용자 본인이 Suno에 업로드·생성하여 권리를 보유한 트랙의 다운로드
  • 이용자 본인이 라이선스·구매·동의 등을 통해 다운로드 권한을 가진 트랙의 다운로드

5. 금지 행위

  • 이용자가 권리를 가지지 않은 콘텐츠의 다운로드·재배포·상업적 이용
  • Suno AI의 이용약관·기술적 보호조치·요금제(Pro 등급 등)에 위반되는 사용
  • 대량 자동화(스크래핑·봇·과도한 요청), 우회·역분석, 본 서비스의 인프라·보안 메커니즘에 대한 공격
  • 다른 이용자의 쿠키·세션·계정에 대한 부정 접근 시도
  • 본 서비스를 통한 불법·악성·기만적·명예훼손적 행위
  • 본 서비스의 코드·UI·브랜드를 무단으로 복제하여 동등하거나 유사한 서비스를 운영하는 행위

6. 이용자의 책임

  • 이용자는 다운로드한 콘텐츠의 저작권·라이선스·이용 조건을 스스로 확인하고 준수할 책임이 있습니다.
  • 이용자는 본인이 제공한 Suno Pro 쿠키 및 그 보안에 대한 책임을 집니다.
  • 본 서비스를 통한 모든 행위에서 발생하는 법적 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

7. 지적재산권

본 서비스를 통해 다운로드되는 모든 음원·이미지·텍스트 등 콘텐츠의 저작권 및 기타 지적재산권은 각 원저작자·권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 운영자는 해당 콘텐츠에 대해 어떠한 권리도 주장하지 않으며, 라이선스를 부여하지 않습니다. 본 서비스의 코드·UI·디자인·브랜드는 운영자에게 귀속됩니다.

8. 제3자 서비스

본 서비스는 Suno AI(suno.com), Cloudflare, Fly.io, Google AdSense(도입 예정) 등 제3자 서비스에 의존합니다. 이들 서비스의 정책·약관·가용성·결함에 대해 운영자는 책임지지 않습니다. 제3자 서비스의 변경·중단·차단으로 본 서비스의 일부 또는 전부가 정상 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.

9. 보증의 부인

본 서비스는 "있는 그대로(AS-IS)" 및 "이용 가능한 상태(AS-AVAILABLE)"로 제공됩니다. 운영자는 본 서비스의 완전성, 정확성, 신뢰성, 적시성, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 비침해, 중단 없음, 오류 없음, 보안성에 대해 명시적·묵시적 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 다운로드 결과물의 품질·완전성·이용 가능성을 보장하지 않습니다.

10. 책임의 제한

법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 운영자는 본 서비스 이용 또는 이용 불가로 인해 발생한 직접·간접·부수적·결과적·특별·징벌적 손해, 데이터 손실, 수익 손실, 평판 손해, 계정 정지, 법적 분쟁 등에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 본 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 운영자의 누적 책임 한도는 어떠한 경우에도 미화 0달러를 초과하지 않습니다.

11. 면책 보장(Indemnification)

이용자는 본인의 본 서비스 이용, 본 약관 위반, 또는 제3자 권리 침해로부터 발생하는 모든 청구·손해·비용(합리적 변호사 비용 포함)으로부터 운영자를 면책하고 방어하는 데 동의합니다.

12. 서비스 변경·중단

운영자는 사전 통지 없이 본 서비스의 기능·범위·가용성을 변경하거나, 전부 또는 일부를 일시 또는 영구적으로 중단할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이용자 또는 제3자에 대해 이로 인한 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.

13. 약관 변경

본 약관은 수시로 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 본 페이지 상단의 시행일이 갱신되며, 변경 후 본 서비스를 계속 이용하는 행위는 변경된 약관에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다.

14. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석·적용됩니다. 본 약관 또는 본 서비스와 관련하여 발생하는 분쟁은 운영자의 주소지를 관할하는 법원을 1심 전속관할 법원으로 합니다. 단, 강행법규에 의해 이용자의 거주지 법원이 관할권을 갖는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

These Terms govern your use of SunoDown ("the Service") and define the rights and obligations between the operator of the Service ("we", "us") and you. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SunoDown is a free web tool that helps users fetch metadata for a Suno AI playlist URL they provide and download the associated MP3 or WAV files. The Service acts only as a technical proxy for requests to suno.com; it does not host or supply music, playlists, or images.

2. No Affiliation with Suno AI

The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Suno, Inc. or Suno AI in any way. "Suno" and "Suno AI" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital consent age applicable in your country).
  • You agree to comply with these Terms, all in-product notices, and the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • The WAV download feature is available only if you personally provide your own Suno Pro account cookie.

4. Permitted Use

  • Personal, non-commercial download of audio you lawfully have rights to.
  • Download of tracks you generated or uploaded on Suno and own.
  • Download of tracks for which you hold a license, purchase, or other explicit permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Downloading, redistributing, or commercially exploiting content you do not have rights to.
  • Use that violates Suno AI’s terms, technical protection measures, or paid-tier rules (e.g., Pro).
  • Bulk automation, scraping, bots, excessive requests, circumvention, reverse engineering, or attacks against the Service’s infrastructure or security.
  • Attempts to access another user’s cookie, session, or account without authorization.
  • Any illegal, malicious, deceptive, or defamatory activity through the Service.
  • Cloning the Service’s code, UI, or brand to operate an equivalent or similar service without authorization.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for verifying the copyright, license, and usage terms of anything you download through the Service.
  • You are responsible for the security and use of any Suno Pro cookie you provide.
  • You bear all legal responsibility for activity conducted through the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in audio, images, and text downloaded through the Service belong to the respective creators and rights holders. We make no claim to and grant no license over such content. The Service’s code, UI, design, and brand are owned by the operator.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers including Suno AI (suno.com), Cloudflare, Fly.io, and (planned) Google AdSense. We are not responsible for their policies, terms, availability, or defects. Changes, outages, or blocks by those providers may disable some or all functionality of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and security. We do not warrant the quality, completeness, or availability of any downloaded output.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, reputational harm, account suspension, or legal disputes arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided free of charge, and our aggregate liability shall not in any case exceed USD 0.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

12. Changes & Termination of the Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. We have no liability to you or any third party as a result.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of competent jurisdiction at the operator’s domicile, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your residence provide otherwise.

本規約は、SunoDown（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件と、本サービスの運営者（以下「運営者」）と利用者との間の権利・義務を定めるものです。本サービスにアクセスし、または本サービスを利用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意できない場合は、本サービスを利用しないでください。

1. サービス内容

SunoDownは、利用者が入力したSuno AIプレイリストURLからメタデータを取得し、MP3・WAVファイルのダウンロードを支援する無料Webツールです。本サービスはsuno.comへのリクエストを技術的にプロキシするのみであり、音源・プレイリスト・画像などのコンテンツ自体をホスティング・提供することはありません。

2. Suno AIとの非関連性

本サービスはSuno, Inc.およびSuno AIとは一切の提携・スポンサー・承認関係を持たない独立サービスです。「Suno」「Suno AI」は各権利者の商標であり、本サービスでは識別目的でのみ使用しています。

3. 利用資格

  • 利用者は13歳以上（または居住国のデジタル同意年齢以上）である必要があります。
  • 利用者は本規約、本サービス内の各種案内、および居住地の関連法令を遵守することに同意します。
  • WAVダウンロード機能は、利用者本人がご自身のSuno Proアカウントのクッキーを提供した場合にのみ利用できます。

4. 許可される利用

  • 利用者が正当な権利を有する音源の個人的・非営利目的でのダウンロード
  • 利用者がSunoでアップロード・生成し、権利を保有するトラックのダウンロード
  • 利用者がライセンス・購入・明示的許諾などによりダウンロード権限を有するトラックのダウンロード

5. 禁止行為

  • 利用者が権利を有しないコンテンツのダウンロード・再配布・商用利用
  • Suno AIの利用規約・技術的保護手段・有料プラン（Proなど）に違反する利用
  • 大量自動化（スクレイピング・ボット・過度なリクエスト）、回避・リバースエンジニアリング、本サービスのインフラ・セキュリティへの攻撃
  • 他の利用者のクッキー・セッション・アカウントへの不正アクセス試行
  • 本サービスを通じた違法・悪質・欺罔的・名誉毀損的な行為
  • 本サービスのコード・UI・ブランドを無断で複製し、同等または類似のサービスを運営する行為

6. 利用者の責任

  • 利用者は、本サービスを通じてダウンロードしたコンテンツの著作権・ライセンス・利用条件を自ら確認・遵守する責任を負います。
  • 利用者は、自身が提供したSuno Proクッキーおよびその安全管理について責任を負います。
  • 本サービスを通じたあらゆる行為に関する法的責任は利用者に帰属します。

7. 知的財産権

本サービスを通じてダウンロードされるすべての音源・画像・テキスト等のコンテンツの著作権その他の知的財産権は、各原著作者・権利者に帰属します。運営者は当該コンテンツについていかなる権利も主張せず、ライセンスも付与しません。本サービスのコード・UI・デザイン・ブランドは運営者に帰属します。

8. 第三者サービス

本サービスはSuno AI（suno.com）、Cloudflare、Fly.io、Google AdSense（導入予定）などの第三者サービスに依存しています。これら第三者のポリシー・規約・可用性・不具合について運営者は責任を負いません。第三者サービスの変更・停止・遮断により、本サービスの一部または全部が正常に動作しなくなる可能性があります。

9. 保証の否認

本サービスは「現状有姿（AS-IS）」「利用可能な範囲で（AS-AVAILABLE）」提供されます。法令で許容される最大限の範囲で、運営者は本サービスの完全性・正確性・信頼性・特定目的適合性・非侵害性・無中断性・無誤動作性・安全性について、明示・黙示を問わず一切の保証を行いません。ダウンロード結果の品質・完全性・利用可能性も保証しません。

10. 責任の制限

法令で許容される最大限の範囲で、運営者は本サービスの利用または利用不能に起因する直接・間接・付随的・結果的・特別・懲罰的損害、データ損失、収益損失、評判の毀損、アカウント停止、法的紛争などについて一切責任を負いません。本サービスは無料で提供されており、運営者の累積責任額はいかなる場合もUSD 0を超えません。

11. 補償（Indemnification）

利用者は、自身の本サービスの利用、本規約違反、または第三者の権利侵害に起因する一切の請求・損害・費用（合理的な弁護士費用を含む）から運営者を補償し防御することに同意します。

12. サービスの変更・終了

運営者は事前の通知なく、本サービスの機能・範囲・可用性を変更し、または全部または一部を一時的・恒久的に停止することができます。これにより利用者または第三者に生じた損害について運営者は責任を負いません。

13. 規約の変更

本規約は随時変更される場合があります。変更時は本ページ上部の施行日が更新され、変更後も本サービスの利用を継続する行為は、変更後の規約への同意とみなされます。

14. 準拠法および紛争解決

本規約は大韓民国の法律に従って解釈・適用されます。本規約または本サービスに関連して生じる紛争は、運営者の住所地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、利用者の居住地の強行法規により別途の管轄が定められる場合はこの限りではありません。

本サービスにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途プライバシーポリシーに従います。
