Contact SunoDown
Questions, bug reports, feature ideas, copyright concerns, or business inquiries — this page explains how to reach the person who runs SunoDown and what to expect.
Email us
hjg000223@naver.comSunoDown is run by a single independent operator, so email is the one and only channel — there is no phone line, live chat, or support ticket system. Writing in English, 한국어, or 日本語 is all fine; please reply in whichever language you are most comfortable with.
What to contact us about
To help us route your message quickly, please put a short topic keyword at the start of your subject line (for example, [Bug] or [DMCA]). Common reasons people write in:
- Support & how-to questions — something is not working as you expect, a download stalls, or you are unsure how a feature works. Please check the FAQ and the step-by-step guide first; most everyday questions are already answered there.
- Bug reports — a broken button, a failed ZIP, a WAV that never finishes, or an error message. Include your browser and version, the playlist URL or ID (if it is not private), what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots help a lot.
- Feature requests — an idea for a format, a language, a shortcut, or a workflow improvement. We cannot promise every request will ship, but every one is read and considered.
- Copyright / DMCA takedown requests — see the dedicated section below.
- Business & press — partnerships, advertising, or media questions. Please describe your organization and what you have in mind.
Expected response time
SunoDown is a free, one-person project, so replies are not instant. In most cases you will hear back within 2 to 3 business days. Copyright and legal matters are prioritized and are usually acknowledged sooner. If a week passes with no reply, it is worth sending a polite follow-up — occasionally messages land in a spam folder or get buried, and a nudge genuinely helps.
Before you write, a quick look at the FAQ often saves you the wait: it covers pricing, mobile support, Suno Pro/Premier, cookie handling, Suno's terms, copyright basics, and the most common errors.
Copyright & DMCA takedown requests
SunoDown does not host, store, or index any music. It is a browser-based tool that streams audio your own Suno session is already authorized to access, bundles it into a ZIP, and hands it to you. Because nothing is stored on our side, there are no files for us to remove.
If you believe content is being accessed through SunoDown in a way that infringes your rights, or you are a rights holder with a concern about how the tool is described or used, email us at hjg000223@naver.com with the subject line [DMCA] or [Copyright] and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
- The specific URL, playlist, or track involved, and enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, email, and, where relevant, the organization you represent).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
We take these requests seriously and will respond promptly. For questions about who owns AI-generated music in the first place, the AI music copyright guide is a useful starting point.
